工作內容
1. 與本地及海外之化妝品及健康產品供應商聯繫及商議採購事宜
2. 根據市場狀況，分析供應商的供貨能力以及訂立有效的採購策略
3. 準確紀錄貨物出入之庫存及庫存管理
4. 管理發貨/客服中心之日常營運
5. 監察物流供應商之運作及滿足香港海關的進口程序
職位要求
1. 大學學位 / 文憑或以上，具有化學 / 化妝品科學, 及採購有關的資歷
2. 最少四年或以上化妝品採購經驗, 並熟識化妝品、護膚品之市場動態
3. 具有供應商管理之實務經驗，良好的工作態度及專業操守
4. 具有處理化妝品、護膚品的船務及物流相關經驗者優先考慮
5. 良好的領導、溝通及談判能力
6. 良好的中英文程度, 包括普通話
7. 熟悉辦公室電腦軟件如 Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
8. 需要輪班工作

Formulation Development Scientist - Finished Goods
Main Role:
1. To provide product development support to territory managers on technical and regulatory issues. To provide support to factories on manufacturing issues
Main Responsibilities:
1. Take full technical ownership of own projects, highlighting potential issues at weekly meetings and in weekly reports
2. Evaluate new supplier capability against business needs from a technical viewpoint and make recommendations/conclusions in a timely manner.
3. To maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all project work, along with ongoing assessment of product stability and compatibility.
4. Liaise with the relevant departments, working cross-functionally throughout the development process.
5. To lead the transfer of R&D product developments through scale-up trials to full-scale production at external manufacturers.
6. To develop relationships with external product developers and manufacturers to keep abreast of their technical developments, understanding their skills, and highlighting any issues.
7. Work with Head of Department to present new ideas/innovations/raw materials to the product team as required.
8. To enable attendance at production trials & assess potential new suppliers a willingness to travel is required.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
1. Diploma in Cosmetic Science and/or Advanced Qualifications in Science would be ideal but not essential
2. Good understanding of ingredients, including regulatory and development restrictions
3. Formula development and colour matching skills
4. Proven ability to manage people and projects
5. Financial awareness of supply chain dynamics
6. Knowledge of global cosmetic regulations
7. Awareness of claim substantiation requirements
8. IT skilled
9. Language: English written and spoken and Chinese written and spoken mandatory
